Tenerife Homebuyers will value every property using a fully qualified independent valuer who will survey each property externally. This survey is used solely for the purposes of making our offer. We will also make further enquiries and carry out searches and research into each property in order to make our offer. Tenerife Homebuyers advise that any offer made will be lower than the actual market value. Online Payment System

Tenerife Homebuyers charge a valuation fee, so that we can have your property professionally valued by an independent qualified surveyor. Valuation fees are normally calculated on a percentage of the value of the property. Due to an unprecedented number of applicants this Spring (April 2007) we are pleased to announce that until further notice all Valuation fees will be a fixed €295 euros, whatever the value of the property.
